Head Consultant: Andres Velez

Andres Velez is the founder and sole member of Brick N Order, bringing over 20 years of hands-on culinary and hospitality experience. Raised by immigrant parents on the East Coast, he developed a strong work ethic, respect for food culture, and an understanding of building businesses from the ground up.

He began his career as a Culinary Specialist in a U.S. Army Special Operations unit, later graduating culinary school and working as a line cook. He went on to launch a successful food truck featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, then expanded into a brick-and-mortar restaurant and multiple food hall operations.

Today, Andres operates his own businesses while helping food entrepreneurs build sustainable, profitable operations.
